SHAMEFUL DIS SERVICE FROM BUDGET INSURANCE

what a horrible way to usher in this new year. i had the most unpleasant experience with budget insurance. It is soulcrushing when you take out a product with the intent purpose not being honored. I have an extremely well looked after older vehicle, always serviced on time and because of its age took out a warranty plan with my insurance with budget. I now had the unfortunately institute a claim. These people are happily taking off my monthly premium but now when I need the cover I am told the claim will not be honored. I just feel so damn gutted . NO SERVICE DELIVERY AT ALL

They now send me a letter of cancellation which i also queried. Because I cancelled the policy today it states cover will cease at midnight today. They have taken off a full premium but what does it matter , their incompetence will just continue.

No accountability. No offer of assistance . Nothing. But very quick to deduct premium

I feel sick. Sick that they took my money without fail every single month. Sick that when I most needed them, they just could not care at all.
