Service is poor

Service sucks. I have been on the call (on hold - 8 minutes). This company placed me on credit bureau as non-payer when they deduct premiums every month. My credit score is affected because of this company. Oh they decided to add me on 1Life - life cover without my consent. Your scratch and dent cover is also ****. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I should've listened to my neighbors when they warned me about you.
