Service and warranty

I registered my claim two weeks ago,todate I'm still being pushed from piller to post. Meanwhile the vehicle is at the dealership awaiting approval. I'm disgusted by their treatment.In 2025 how on earth does a company takes two full weeks to process a claim when technology is so advanced. I will never ever encourage anyone in my social circles to join budget warranty or service contract.,because a client is just a number and they in my view seem to be looters.
