How is it that the policy I have with you states one thing and you advise me another... Now that I'm canceling my policy I'm told the general policy terms and conditions do not apply to me, these are the same terms and conditions reflecting on my policy.. I'm advised on things that are nowhere in the terms and conditions or my policy. If I'm paying monthly in advance as per policy, what is the pro rata for if I'm canceling my policy before the date of next deduction?

I trusted you and was not leaving due to your service but other reasons, but this experience makes me wonder how many other things that are not in DOCUMENTS would one have to agree to? This is ****************
