I was in an accident where the third party skipped a red light and crashed into my car. I logged a claim with budget who took nearly 4 months to fix my car. Then they charge me 11k access which they stated I will get back because the accident wasn't my fault. They get an investigator who eventually approves my claim yet they do not want to refund my money and asked me to do my own investigation and prove to Budget that the accident wasn't my fault! There is CCTV footage which they didn't bother to get there hands on and told me I must get it MYSELF!!!!! The third parties insurance was even more helpful than budget. After months of running around I finally found out where to get the footage and they tell me that ONLY MY INSURANCE CAN RETRIEVE IT!!! AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO GO GET IT MY F%#&ING SELF!!! DO NOT USE THESE ********!!!!!!!
