I joined budget insurance last year 2019, I was given a nice and affordable monthly premium that bit all other quotes I received from competitors little did I know it was a trap or should I say ****. I was involved in an accident and budget towed my car to their chosen s****yard in Polokwane, after assessment i was told that my monthly premiums was too little therefore they won't fix or compensate me on my claim. They said they are cancelling my insurance with them so I asked about the monthly contributions already made they said I shall be refunded every sent within 48 hrs. That was in December to this day no refunds made and no form of communication I had to fix the car myself. So all I'm asking is to be refunded since you chose to Nullify my contract with you I can't afford to suffer two loses pls
