Budget ****s their clients. When you join they dont do undewritting but only when you claim so they can look for ways of not paying. When i joined them i was asked which company was i insured with previously and i told them then last week when i claimed lot of questions now started coming up and finaly today i was told by Rishaal that they not gonna cover me cause there were months that I ddnt have cover before i joined them. When i asked why undewritting was not done when i joined, he said that they only do it when they process the claim as they rely on the information they get from the client that is true. Should they did undewritting from the beginning we were not going to be in the same situation. Im now have to fix the 3rd party car and pay for my non running one for the next five years.
