I am disappointed that Budget Insuarance only came back to me after 13 days to tell me that my claim is rejected. I was asked to send pictures and only later was told that my claim is more than what i am covered for. I would like to know how their accesor determined the amount as I took my car to a panelbeater who quoted me R3300.00 which is far less than what they told me. South Africans be warned that this might be a way that Budget Insurance is now ******** us. I would understand if this assecor saw my car.
