Till today my mother is waiting for them to call her back regarding a claim, whats worse is on her account online they wrote claim not paid meaning there is a chance they denied paying the claim and decided to ignore her and not even inform her, this goes to show that these ones take advantage of old people who do not have a full grasp of how things work
