Same disappointment but hopeful , LABLED AS A KAREN

Its been a month that I have posted a review , yet not a shiny one at that , Nice talk , big promises , noooooo follow up nothing . I had to phone and follow up on the so called tracking device that said to be installed the 22March 2024 . A very nice lady helped me today , got all her FACTS straight and got my answers quickly ( she needs a fat bonus if this comes though) , Lets see what happens with that . I don't want to be LABLED a karen and budget is turning me into a karen .
