Sad service
First time submitting a claim and its been almost 4 days with no human interaction. No phone calls or atleast an email so that I know what is happening. All I have received is automated sms "We hope you're comfortable with the outcome of your claim.... What outcome????? I honestly need to change my insurance :( will not recommend.
