Run away from BUDGET INSURANCE

I have logged in a claim on the 15th of last month and up to now it was not been sorted out was been told by the sales team I get to choose cash or gift card now the claims person advise me once its sorted I have no choice but what they give me they made me wait till they listen to the call now it's day's going by and nothing is sorted out as yet . When I signed up I advise the sales lady I do not have proof of purchase and they advise me I can take pics out so they know it belongs in the house now they saying they can't pay for it and giving me not even half back for the things example my laptop is 32k they giving me only 14k that's on contract with Vodacom they saying they can't do anything and waited for Zama to call me today and didn't call me they it's so long now and nothing is been sorted out we are in destress of what happened
