Rude

I am highly disgusted, I got a call from the value added products departments but the line was quite bad. I asked the lady ONCE to repeat herself and she dropped the call in my ear. I know there is an issue with my vaps as i changed banking details but its fine, I don't want the Credit shortfall anymore, I will take it up with another company.
