Rude consultant

I was transferred to a consultant who would help me with canceling the dent and scratch warranty and she was so rude to me on the phone that she dropped the phone without me finishing off the conversation. She didn't even confirm email address to send me the documentation to in order to sign and return so that the cancellation can be final.

It is hugely upsetting and unacceptable that I will be treated like this.

I want those cancellation papers as soon as possible so this can be over and done with.
