******s

I so disappointed that insurances they don't waist time to take money from your account on a monthly basis but when is time that they must assist you with what they have been taking money for, they give u the run around or asking for something that u don't even know.

When I was taking this I was asked if my car was new or second hand or demo and I told them that is new but when I log a claim they requesting for assessment that was done on the car, how can it be done on a new car??? I mean why shud thy ask for such if on their record it shows that my car is new??

I think is they was of not wanting to fix my car but I'm paying every month.

Before advising of the amount that I need to pop out they should have sent an assessor to evaluate may vehicle to see what are the damages and shouldn't they also pay some partial amount? I stand to be corrected. I thinking of canceling because I feel like this is a ****
