Roadside Assistance , DON"T EXPECT HELP
Today I had the unfortunate pleasure to expect some service from Budget Insurance, well I tried the Roadside assistance and was placed on hold for 20 minutes that goodness it was not a life-threatening event as I would certainly have come off second best.
II tried them again within working hours and got many questions and no actions to assist me, "as they were experiencing high call volumes".
Did all the Budget Insurance paying clients have an emergency TODAY?
Very bad service delivery and I am taking my business elsewhere!!
