ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE
I am so disappointed with Budget, I have been with them for over 2 years now, about 2 weeks back I called the road side assistance to be assisted with locksmith, only to get a call from their locksmith almost 2 hours later after I have already sorted my key issues myself, i logged an official complaint with them and was told someone will get back to me within 2 business days and none did.
I guess Budget doesn't have sense of urgency, I'm shopping around and will be cancelling with them.
