Rip-offs

My father requested a QUOTATION ONLY in sept/oct 2014 and since then budget debited his bank account without his permission.They do not even have a registration number nor did he take the vehicle to PG glass for an inspection so how does budget know his vehicle even existed. My father's bank account has a negative balance of R1512 because of this unpaid debits.We have called and spoken to a manager on a previous occasion who assurrd us that the debits would stop and that budget would pay the bank charges. To date none of this happened.
