Quite ****ed off at the moment. My policy lapsed two months ago and I called one day in the week to make sure my policy is cancelled. And still my bank account gets debited with more than r1000. I would like my money back please immediately. My debit date had I still went on with the policy is for 27th so who even have authority to debit any time before that. It's theft!!!! Please also don't tell me that I was covered for the two months hence the deduction because as we all know,you don't pay,,you're not covered.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. ASAP. Tracey.
