Rims and tyres

I registered a claim ( BUDAN104841) on Tuesday 11 December and submitted the necessary images requested via sms.

I made a follow up and i got an sms(12:05) on the 12 December, confirming that the assessment was done at Supa Quick Tyre Expects and a minute later(12:06) another one informing me that my claim was being finalised and i will be contacted shortly.

I didn’t get a call and i made a follow up with the number at 11:10 am, then i was but i spoke to the lady and the call got cut while i was still holding.

I made another follow up at 12:00 with the same number, and i was told i have to pay my monthly premium because I have a month to month contract, by Nomsa Themba and Henriette Oosthuizen.

My concern are - When did this start, and why was i not informed about it. - Why did earlier claims approved if this is the case. - If I hadn't called when was i going know this? - How can a contract be changed in the middle of the term without informing the consumer. - Every time I register a claim, why should i make a follow up? - If the insurance can't pay when i have a claim, what am I paying it for?(wHAT IS AN INSURANCE FOR)

I don't even know if my claim is approved or declined, should it be like that when I’m paying every month without fail.

THIS IS REALLY A *******, AND BAD SERVICE, BUT MY PAYMENTS GO OUT EVERY MONTH.

After waiting for the so called "escalation", no one has attended to my issue, and when i call the claims department i'm told i have to pay arrange for an early monthly payment. I'm still confused, the terms and conditions are saying something this and Budget is saying the other. I have paid at the end of November for December, as per the terms and conditions. Here the link to their terms and conditions: http://documentation.telesure.co.za/VAPs/Budget/0003/BIB%20ELEC%20TOUCH-UP%202011%20FINAL.pdf I'm paying for insurance monthly for unforeseen circumstances and i have to pay now when i encounter them. Besides the arrogance, everyone has a decency to drop the phone even i make the call.
