Ridiculously poor service

I was in a car accident on the 15th of July. My car was towed and the claim as approved. The car was then fixed and after three weeks unidentified mechanical problems arised just as I was about to go fetch my car. Two months later they decided to write my car off. Now, I'm still waiting on the response to the payment and the claim operator is no where to be found and doesn't contact me all I hear is that they will call me but they never do. This is ridiculous and I'll never recommend this insurance to anyone. No information. No hurry. No care.
