Ridiculous premium increase after 4 months!!

I recently took out car insurance with Budget for 2 of my cars, effective 1 September 2015. A week ago I received an email informing me of my annual policy increase which will be effective from 1 January 2016. My premiums will increase by 23.8 PERCENT in less than 6 months (4 months to be exact)! This is utterly ridiculous & ****************. I have never ever had my premiums increased with any other service provider before at least a 12 month period & never mind this exorbitantly! I would like someone senior from Budget to contact me to either waive this premium hike or terminate my policy with immediate effect! I am seriously disgusted as this was definitely not explained to me when I initiated the policy. TWENTY THREE PERCENT AFTER FOUR MONTHS?!!! Shocking ethics. I have requested a call back twice and also emailed twice. I EAGERLY await to be contacted.
