Ridiculous premium increase
<p>My premium was increased with R500 which I find it very ridiculous. There is no way a premium can increase with so much. THey still claim to be the best however they do such to their clients. Firstly it was claim delay now premium increase with so much money. I think it's time to shop around for another insurance company.</p>

As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialist, there are a lot of factors that are taken into consideration with regards to any premium increase.
For example, we take a number of factors into consideration relating to what happened in the last 12 months and what we foresee happening in the next year, factors such as the economy, the rand, labour rates, etc...
Having said that, we have requested that you are contacted by one of our Retentions Managers to review your policy, please expect a call from our offices during the course of the day.
