Review of Budget Insurance – Claim Rejection-*****4922

I am extremely disappointed with the way Budget Insurance handled my claim (Policy No. *****4922) for the incident on 14 July 2025. My claim was rejected on the grounds that my vehicle was used for “business purposes by a person other than the regular driver.”

This condition was never clearly explained to me at the time of taking out the policy. Instead, the insurer re**** on technicalities buried in the fine print to avoid paying out. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, but what I experienced was the opposite – a lack of transparency, unclear communication, and an unfair rejection that feels like shifting responsibility onto the customer.

When I took out the policy, I was never made fully aware that such strict limitations app**** to business use or that only the “regular driver” or spouse would be covered under those circumstances. If this had been properly explained upfront, I could have chosen a more suitable product. Instead, I was left paying premiums under the false impression that I had valid cover, only to be abandoned when I needed assistance most.

It feels like Budget Insurance is more interested in finding reasons not to pay than in supporting their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for an insurer that values fairness, clarity, and reliability.
