Return my premiums if you can’t assist

Yesterday I was stuck due to a tire puncture and I contacted budget insurance for assistance. Only for them to refuse to assist me to get the spare wheel pumped at a garage less than a km away rather the first consultant tell me that I must speak to towing companies myself and arrange with them to get them to take my tire to the garage for it to be pumped. When sometime in June or July I was left stranded on the street when they refused to get me a tow truck even when I told them I will pay the tow guy extra if needed. The second consultant by the name Mbali refused to assist me at all telling me that they don’t offer service regarding punctured tires. I had to go all the way to the garage and left my car in attended in an area where it was not safe. And yet each month I pay premiums.
