This is to commend the great customer service Ms Christa ***, resolved my small claims after it was rejected. The length and understanding this employee worked on this standoff is really commended.<br> <br> Its great to know that Budget insurance can still take care of its clients hence I have reinstated my policy.<br> <br> A great asset is such employees as Christa who acted in best interest of the client and that of the company.
