Request for Assistance and Extension on Insurance Documents

For the past few weeks I’ve been working around the clock to meet an impossible three‑week deadline, gathering documents going back 10 years to satisfy Budget and finalise my insurance payout. I’ve done everything asked — police‑signed documents, original registration forms, and I’ve even paid for a new car licence — but I still can’t get a clear answer from the otherwise helpful Budget team. Nothing moves quickly with ENatis and I urgently need a break.
