Repairs taking too long

My husband and I have never been this disappointed. Our car has been in repairs since September, we are approaching the 4th month now and communication is vague. I have a small baby and this is the car I use to travel around with my baby. It’s the festive season and I’m worried your company is gonna close without having fixed my car. It’s really quite disappointing at this point.
