Repairs taking too long

This is the second time I’m writing a review. You guys Called my husband and I back to let us know that our vehicle will not be ready this year or anytime soon. No estimated date was given and no remedy or solution was offered seeing as though it’s the festive season and we need to be traveling around. It truly has been 4 months without having a car and i am unhappy & clearly it looks like it’s gonna be more than 4 months at this point

I think it’s only fair that we are given at the very least a courtesy car to be able to move around and visit home for Christmas. This is truly disappointing that I have to go these measures for you to even at the slightest consider the inconvenience on your clients side.

We pay our insurance on time and even when you guys have our car, the premium still went up and we pay a lot of money for this insurance.
