Repairing a vehicle that needs write off - 8 weeks

This vehicle was in an accident 8 weeks ago. The vehicle assessment made an assessment that this vehicle can be repaired. In the 7th week of repairs they returned the vehicle saying that it is in 100 % condition as pre accident. After leaving the panel workshop. This vehicle had extensive chassis damage yet they have failed to write off.<br> <br> After repairs:<br> - The steering wheel does not reel back.<br> - The standing level of the vehicle is incorrect (Chassis damage, poor repairs)<br> - The dashboard control panel fell out after a few Km of testing the vehicle.<br> - The Radio which was working stopped working.<br> - The diff has noise.<br> - There is vibrations in the steering.<br> <br> We returned the vehicle as it is no where close to its pre-accident state.<br> We are urging a write-off for the vehicle, no response as yet. <br> <br> The vehicle damage is way over 50%<br> The chassis damage is a life risk.<br> Its been the 8th week and i am without a vehicle.<br> <br> This is a business vehicle and my business has been at a standstill without this vehicle.<br> <br> I would Recommend all to avoid Budget Insurance. They might be reasonable in pricing, But the end results are disgusting.<br> <br> Thank you<br>
