Renew It Greenstone disappointment

This is not a complaint but rather a disappointment. The company that Budget insurance chose for the repairs of my car doesn’t care of its customers. I am dealing with a consultant that doesn’t update me on anything. First my car repairs were not completed and I had to complain to Budget and approved the second repairs for my car. I had an accident in October and till today I am trying to get my car fixed. Renew it Greenstone closes on the 14th and I still haven’t received feedback regarding my car. How am I supposed to stay the whole of December without a car but paying the insurance fees and my car instalment. Am I suppose to pay for a car that is seating in their store room. I am highly disappointed at this point. Budget insurance should chose reliable car dealerships for repairs. No one from Budget has even called to check if my car has been fixed or not. There has been no courtesy or any regard with what I am going through.
