Remove my details on ITC.

Hi Team,

Please help me get my name of the Budget listing. i took out insurance in December and the there was a problem with the car ended up not taking the vehicle. Insurance bounced and it got deducted a month later but was refunded back to me since i had cancelled however i see the record still shows on my credit profile as unpaid. I have a cancellation letter. This is the policy number ***. Please clear my name on ITC.
