I had an accident in August which was caused by third party who was making a U- turn in an unauthorised area,i took all her documents and opended a case.

I submitted the documents to budget so that they trace the third party to pay the ecess. thereafter budget did not provide feedback, i had to call them and their first response was that they have spoken to the third party's son who said i was the one who was wrong becuase i crossed while the robbot was red but the evidence they have indicate that the third party was wrong.

thereafter when i call them they told me that they will issue summons to the third party.

now when i call them they said they cant find the third party. I am not sure now what to belive.
