Rejection of vehicle claim without proper facts and proof
Worst ever. Rejecting claim without the proper proof. No facts, went on hear say. Used own people to check where vehicle accident happened, but never checked their facts. That's why this is called "Budget Insurance", as it's according to their budget. Case is currently at the Ombudsman and lawyer, with the proper facts and evidence in order to resolve the issue. Would never refer anybody to them. Wort ever. Lost a lot of money and damages due this delay.

21 Oct 2022, 20:143 days later, no any response. Debt on vehicle has trippled due to outstanding unresolved claim. Not sure that this is the company's first priority. Friendly service till signature on paper and then client is *****ed. The younger they are, the better, as they are considered to be stupid and unexperienced.
