Rejection of claim

I recently got involved in a car accident. The communication I received from budget was so poor, I had to reach out first in order to find out the outcome of my claim. My car was deemed as a write off. I was told that I was driving 110kms and therefore my claim cannot be approved, I asked for the assessment showing that I was driving 110kms, but the senior consultant told me he can't provide me this assessment. I'm starting to think this number is fabricated. I was not driving that fast, the road was busy at that time. I was also told that I have 48 hours to make a plan of the collection of my car. This is no way to treat your clients, you just experienced a traumatic event. The last thing you want to worry about is how you will pay off the reminder of your car. I was told that I can dispute that outcome of the case, but this process will take over 6 months.
