Rejecting Claim for invalid reasons

Policy number ***<br> Budget you have proven yourselves to be real ******, my brother was involved in an accident and a claim was put forward. The claim has been basically rejected, because Budget says that the damages are more than the required access according to the policy. Yes my mother received policy update documents that inform her of the changes to her excess, but these changes will only be apply from 30 Jun 2015 and the claim was put through prior to this, so I am not sure how Budget looks at the calendar. According to our policy documents excess due is still R3800 not R9430. Budget you cant just reject claims for invalid reasons just like that nje!!!!!!
