Rejected Claim - Remote Scanning
I am speechless to say the least. Did you know that according to Budget Insurance that \ scan remote jamming"are not acknowledged in our policies? Albeit Budget being very fami**** with the practise they claim that the Ombudsman has released a statement that insurance companies not to be liable for such practise of theft.<br> <br> This meaning that we are not insured against this practise of theft"

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and wish to reply as follow: We confirm that your dispute was re-assessed by our Internal Dispute Resolution Department where the rejection was maintained. The reason for maintaining the rejection was discussed telephonically with you in further detail by one of our Customer Relation Specialists.
We also refer to the Terms and Conditions of your policy contract and more specifically to the relevant part of the Portable Possessions section of your policy which reads as follows : \There will be no cover if we cannot see the damage caused by the break-in\". In view of the above
