Rejected Claim complain
My claim (***) for the car accident was rejected without any valid reasons, I made an appeal and the matter was was handed to Tshepo Malope T: Ext: 17915 (68222) M: , but he has been neglecting my calls no feedback and he has not gotten back to me within the 15 working days as he promised and those days has already elapsed, I am escalating the matter.
