Rejected Claim

I have a my car and household covered by Budget insurance which i pay every month. i had a break in and they took my 3 TV's in the house. I log a call with my claim and they call back to get the case number the whole story after few days they call to say i am not covered for house hold and my claim is rejected. I have my policy documents which shows what i'm covered for and my premium. surprisingly the day i log a claim call they sent different policy documents now without the house hold details. this is so strange because now they tell us that we are covered for hail, fire and storm on the house. we dont have a house and how can we cover something that we dont have and because the owner of the complex have insurance for building and we dont have any policy documents stating that we covered the building. PEOPLE DO NOT USE BUDGET INSURANCE if you dont need stress
