Rejected claim

My claim was unfairly rejected buy budget insurance when I was involved in an accident because i nominated my Father as the regular driver on the insurance policy which i knew the terms of the policy that in an event were i claim, my excess will be double. now that my claim was rejected and you left with with a broken car that is still under finance which i don't think that ill ever have the capacity to fix because the bank is taking money from my account every month, can you at least assist me in selling the car which will enable the bank to pay its shortfall on the credit that with them and i will pay the difference?because they are also declining to pay their shortfall because i am told that they do not deal with me directly they deal with the insurance.
