rejected claim

on the 4th of august storm damage my celling at my lounge area so i made a claim with budget insurance since i had a home content with them they regected my claim to due to that my structure insurance of standard bank rejected the claim on their side they said the celling was not coverd on the house structure and which i fnt understand but my question to the lady is that i coverd my home content with budget do why sre they declining because of standard bank insurance so my question u are not allowed to have a home content insurance withouth a building or structure insurance because now my claim is rejected because standard bank recjected for the structure i just want to get clerity on that
