Rejected claim

I would just like to bring under your attention how pathetic and useless the assessors are that Budget Insurance uses to assess their products and how useless their claims department is.

Komo (Assessors used by Budget Insurance) said that it is only the power supply that has been damaged and that the repairs are less than the excess amount, but after I had the TV at a TV repair specialist they stated that it is the power supply, main board and screen driver that needs to be replaced and that it is cheaper to buy a new TV. This just goes to show that Budget Insurance does not like to pay out for claims and that they use *********** assessors.

But thankfully I canceled my policies to prevent this occurrence and went back to Discovery.

Ps. I am still waiting for their manager to phone me as stated by the consultant.
