Rejected business insurance

My name is Thandiswa Signoria Shangase. I took out business insurance with budget insurance to cover my vehicle which I use to transport passengers. The vehicle was then ******, parked at my driver's place, and was later found abandoned and damaged. Budget insurance is now refusing to pay because the vehicle did Taxify for a month prior to the incident. they are now giving the vehicle back as it is and unfortunately it is still under finance so for the rest of the 5years I will be paying for a vehicle that I don't have. I fail to understand because the vehicle was ****** parked and the gentleman Cliff, who assisted me at the inception of the policy never explained to me how the business insurance works. My brother who recommended budget insurance to me is now also considering changing insurances as all his vehicles are under budget as well
