Regret insuring with budget

Budget is the worst insurance you could ever be insured with. They are very quick and good at taking the money but not as quick to provide a service you pay for. I put in a claim on the 30/11/2021 after i got into an accident. The assessor that was appointed to my case is beyond the word ***********. He never made means of contacting me, I had to chase after them calling every single day to follow up on the process and not getting ahold of him because the line is engaged, left tons of messages and my work number if he can't get ahold of me. The man never called me, a whole week went by, the only time he spoke to me was when I demanded to stay on hold. Budget is unprofessional, I received an email addressed to someone else regarding my claim. The legal department is first class *******, I was told they can't get ahold of the third party to settle the excess I must pay and budget will try and see what they can do about getting my money back. They told me I must make means to find the third party, I have turned into budgets investigator, third party liaising with budget, budget is still quite till this day. I regret insuring with budget. They give you nothing but a headache, you would swear you work for them because you spend time doing their job since they so useless.
