Refusing to refund monies deducted from account without fully active policy

Took out a policy with them where they requested images of the vehicle before the policy could be activated. In the meantime I took out insurance with another company but at the end of the day they still took money from my account without the policy being active. I called them to cancel the policy with immediate effect now they refusing to give my money back. Stay away from these people.
