Refuses to pay insured vehicle claim

I was driving on the golden highway on my home and as I approached the curve of the road rocks were lying inside of it. I was not able to see the rocks until it was too late. I Tried to swing out to avoid the rocks but lost control of my car and rolled it. Medical personnel removed me from the scene and took me to hospital. They did not administer a breathalyzer test nor did they do a blood test for alcohol ( i did not refuse a test they just did not test me) yet without proof my insurance accused me of being under the influence and refuse to pay out my claim. They towed my car to Twin city and told me to fetch it there within two days but when I arrived my car was not there. I was told by the people of Twin city it was taken to Vereeniging SMD to be auctioned, they were instructed by my insurer to take it there without my consent. I went to The SMD for my car but they said they never received it, I went back to Twin city to get the number of the towing service and found my car at auction house in Boksburg before it was towed back to me. I would advise everyone to stay away from budget insurance and auto & general as they always try to find loopholes not to pay out claims.
