Refusal to remove themselves from my credit Report

If there was no star rating, i would select it because Budget has been very pathetic with their service. Even from the time i was a client. Service was my primary reason i cancelled them. What i was battling with for OVER a year is for them to remove themselves from my credit report. Instead the responsibility is given to me, to be running around with a piece of paper! I find this so bizarre. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR INSURANCE PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THE TELESURE GROUP!!!!!!
