Refund on value added products
I am still waiting for the refund for the R239 that theywere deducting without my consent. I never took value added products even in all the policy document i received does not have value added products. the polcy documents is the one that guides me and show me what is covered and also show how much, i will pay on a monthly basis. i last spoke to them and promised the cancellation and refund department will contant me, up to date i have not receive my refund. I ve been loyal with them the past three years and they have showed me that they only care about money not clients so i have decided to cancell my policy becouse they were over charging me and deducting my money in my account without my consent.
