Refund my money you ********

Hi,<br> <br> I had taken a funeral cover with you guys on Monay but cancelled it the same day after seeing negative reports about you not paying out on HP, I sent an email cancelling the policy, no one got back to me and I called yesterday and spoke to a lady whom cancelled the policy and promised to send me an email as confirmation which I never received. Now my account has been debited. Please refund my money urgently before I report you to the insurance ombudsman.<br> <br> I demand a very quick responds!!! <div><br></div><div><em><br></em></div>
