Refund for debit order for VAPS policy!

I am highly livid. I called in to cancel my insurance on the 31st of July 2025. Even though my car insurance was cancelled, I was still being debited R120 per month I called in on Friday last week and was told it was a VAPS policy that was not cancelled and was a separate policy which I was never advised to cancel separately.

Got an email yesterday saying I will not be refunded due to the fact that this was not cancelled and they tried to call me to notify me but I never received even an email.

Also the person I spoke to when I cancelled was supposed to let me know about cancelling the separate policy.

I will not let this go and I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
